Regenerated technical compounds

Rinno-v-ene is a brand reserved for the Italian market which includes polymeric blends in polyethylene and polypropylene. The products are however marketed in Europe with the same trade names but without brand.

Rinno-V-ene products are made following SERMAG’s formulas and performing regranulation with virgin and recycled materials, obtaining new compounds with a high recycled content.

The compounding with virgin materials is used to further ennoble the regenerated polymer, significantly increasing the performance of the mixture but keeping the recycled content high. The result is a recycled granule with similar qualities and properties of a product with only virgin materials but more eco-sustainable and economical.

The regenerated material can be of PCR (post-consumer recycling) or PIR (post-industrial recycling) origin, therefore polymeric material regenerated from waste or industrial scraps (refuses from the thermoforming, injection, molding process or from TNT, film, raffia).

For each batch of product belonging to the Serolefin brand, the history and the recycling path are guaranteed thanks to the SERMAG traceability system which follows the directives of the European Standard EN 15343 and which has also been certified by the Italian certifier CSI IMQ Group.

Rinno-V-ene products, being made according to recipes, are available only in granules and according to the customer’s request, in bags or bigbags.

Rinno-V-ene TPE-O 6010 P - 6010 HP

Compounds formulated by SERMAG composed of mixtures of polyolefins (polypropylene and polyethylene) designed for modifying the bitumen of bituminous membranes.

Produced in two grades of increasing cold flexibility performance.

Produced with a minimum of 70% recycled content.

Rinno-V-ene TPE-O 9010 HP

Compound formulated by SERMAG composed of mixtures of polyolefins (polypropylene and polyethylene) designed for modifying the bitumen of bituminous membranes.

Evolution of TPE-O 6010, compared to which it guarantees better cold performance.

Produced with a minimum of 70% recycled content.

Rinno-V-ene TPE-O 9020 P - 9020 P1

Compound formulated by SERMAG composed of mixtures of polyolefins (polypropylene and polyethylene) designed for modifying the bitumen of bituminous membranes. Available in two grades, different for melt index.

It is the top-of-the-range product of the TPE-O series, it guarantees maximum performance and great flexibility even at the coldest temperatures.

Manufactured with a minimum of 50% recycled content.

Rinno-V-ene TPE-S 9510 N

Polyolefin and styrene compound with a prevalence of polyethylene designed by SERMAG and specific for the sheath sector, in particular for the modification of bitumen in bituminous membranes.

This compound is the first of the TPE-S series, dedicated to blends with the addition of styrenic polymers.

Produced with a minimum recycled content of 50%.

Rinno-V-ene TPO 5010 - 5010 N - 5010 NA

Polyolefin and styrene compound with polyolefin prevalence designed by SERMAG for the sheaths sector and for elastomeric compounds.

It has excellent elastic performance but with a low percentage of styrenic polymers in the blend.

Produced with a minimum of 70% recycled content.

Rinno-V-ene R-POMIX PP ELAST EL 1030

Polyolefin compound designed by SERMAG intended for molding and extrusion.

It may possibly have small additions of styrenes to increase elasticity.

100% PIR recycled content.
